The Native Tutors Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are the contract between you and The Native Tutors.
By signing up for our services, you agree to them.

1. Basis of Contract:

Depending on the type of Service you have purchased, classes are either private (one tutor and one student per class) or semi-private (one tutor and two or three students per class). Our classes consist of 60 minutes face to face time with your tutor. Each class will cover a topic, have class-related tasks such as reviewing homework and review topics from previous classes that need reinforcement.
We offer a free 30-minute trial class to those interested in using our services for the first time. The contract between you and The Native Tutors starts once a payment has been made for our services.

2. Our prices:

The prices for our services are clearly shown on our website. The payments made by you after you have taken the first class of a course are non-refundable and cancellation and/or termination of this agreement by you at any time for any reason will not entitle you to a refund of your payments. You may, however, be entitled to a refund for classes whose first lesson you have not yet taken.

3. Cancellation and refunds:

All cancellations or modifications to a class made by you must be made with a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Otherwise, the class credit will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made via email or whatsapp.

4. Our classes:

You are responsible for providing a working internet connection and we will not be responsible for internet disruptions or other technical inconveniences related to your internet connection. In cases in which a class cannot be given by the teacher, we will assign this class to a substitute teacher.

5. Interruption to Services:

If it is necessary for us to interrupt the services, we will give you reasonable notice where this is possible. You acknowledge that the Services may also be interrupted for many reasons beyond our control. You agree that we are not liable to you for any loss, foreseeable or not, arising from any interruption to the Services.
